Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LMR Group L.L.C-FZ, operating under the brand name La Miré (“La Miré”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit lamire.com or otherwise interact with us. This Policy is intended to provide transparency under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
The data controller responsible for your personal information is:
2. Personal information we collect
We aim to collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to operate the site and respond to enquiries. Specifically:
- Information you submit: when you use a contact, concierge or consultation form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Business and project information: if you contact us about a potential or active engagement, we may also receive your company name, role, business contact details, project briefs, files, references, correspondence and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to assess your enquiry, prepare proposals, communicate with you and deliver agreed services.
- Information collected automatically: standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type and version, referrer URL, pages requested, timestamps). These are used for security and to diagnose technical issues.
- Analytics data (only with consent): when you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 collects pageviews, anonymised approximate location (city level), device type, referrer and a randomly-generated client identifier. See section 5 for details.
- Cookies and similar technologies: a small set of essential cookies and localStorage entries (see section 5).
We do not knowingly collect special-category data (such as health, religious or political information). Please do not submit such information via our forms.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and discuss potential engagements;
- provide design and creative services pursuant to a separate agreement;
- send service communications (e.g. project updates, deliverable links) where you are an active client;
- operate, secure and improve the website;
- understand aggregate site usage via Google Analytics (subject to your consent);
- comply with applicable laws, including tax and anti-fraud obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are:
- Consent — for analytics cookies (you can opt in or out via the cookie banner or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer).
- Performance of a contract — to respond to your enquiry and deliver services you commission.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and conduct basic, non-intrusive analysis of how visitors use it. Balanced against your rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligation — to retain records required by UAE law (e.g. tax, anti-money-laundering).
Under the UAE PDPL, we process personal information with your consent where required. Where consent is not required, we rely on the applicable grounds and exceptions permitted by law, including processing that is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, to protect legal rights, or for other purposes permitted under applicable UAE law.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use a minimum of cookies and localStorage entries:
lamire_cookie_consent_ga, _ga_*/admin (staff only). Not set for public visitors.We use Google's Consent Mode v2. The Google Analytics script is present on the page, but is configured to deny storage of identifying cookies until you provide explicit consent through the banner. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set on your device; Google may receive anonymous, aggregated pings used only for statistical modelling. When you click Accept analytics, consent is updated to granted and Google Analytics begins setting cookies and collecting full pageview information.
When the cookie banner appears, you can:
- Accept analytics — turns on Google Analytics.
- Reject all — no Google scripts run, no data is sent to Google.
- Customize — open a settings panel and choose per category.
Necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them. You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time by clicking “Cookie preferences” in the website footer. You can also opt out of Google Analytics site-wide with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social-media tracking beacons.
6. How we share your information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers acting on our instructions: our email host (Microsoft 365), cloud and web-hosting providers, and Google (Analytics, subject to your consent). These providers may process data outside the UAE.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors) on a confidential basis where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities where required by law, regulation, court order or valid government request.
- A successor entity if our business is sold, merged or reorganised, subject to the same protections set out in this Policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. International transfers
As a UAE-registered entity working with global clients, your personal information may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside the UAE or your country of residence, including the European Economic Area and the United States (where Google Analytics infrastructure is operated). We use contractual safeguards with our service providers where required and assess whether each transfer is necessary for the relevant purpose, in accordance with the UAE PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR.
8. How long we keep your data
- Contact-form enquiries that do not result in an engagement — up to 24 months from the last communication.
- Client engagement records — for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period required by UAE tax and commercial law (currently up to 7 years for accounting records).
- Google Analytics data — retained according to our GA4 property settings, currently 2 months. We review this setting periodically.
- Server logs — typically 30–90 days for security and diagnostics.
- Cookie-consent record — until you change your choice via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or clear your browser storage.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request that we delete your data, subject to retention obligations.
- Restriction — request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@lamire.com with the words “Data request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Security
We employ technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. These include HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to backend systems, hashed credentials, separation of admin and public surfaces, and regular software updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; where you believe an account or piece of information has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@lamire.com.
Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and/or the competent authority of a personal data breach.
11. Children
The site is directed to professional and adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
